I received the express mail package yesterday, thanks! There were some exciting moments when I got home due to the mail carrier’s placing the package in my neighbor’s mailbox. It took a few minutes to find it, but I have it.

I just wanted to thank you and Greg for making this an enjoyable experience. Greg was scheduled to move, but delayed his move until after he could show us the boat. After his move, he flew up from Florida to meet me at the boat for the survey. This was a great relief to me because I’m not comfortable navigating a boat I do not own yet on a sea trial. He’s a great guy to work with.

I also greatly appreciate being able to remain in close contact with you while the paperwork was being done. It was reassuring to know that a professional was handling the business end of the transaction. Everything was done exactly how and when you said it would be.

I got the boat registered today, so all that’s left to do is for me and my wife to start enjoying the boat!

First let me thank you for the work that you did on the sale of It's My Harley. I was surprised and amazed that you were able to find a buyer for me in the short time that you did. Please feel free to use any part of the following as a recommendation.

I received a letter from Brian asking if I wanted to sell my Gemini 105m. In the letter that I received Brian stated that he specializes in Geminis. My wife and I talked things over and decided to contact Brian. We signed a listing agreement with Brian on September 2. We knew that this was a bad time to attempt the sell the boat with it being located in the Chicago area. We were thinking that it would be a long process. Brian had people looking at our boat within 2 weeks. We were very surprised when Brian produced two offers on our boat on the same day. This was on November 5. We closed on November 16 and the new owner took possession of the boat and started the transportation process to its new home on December 1. This whole transaction took less than 90 days. Way to go Brain and team. My thanks go out to you.

Well, let’s see... You know when you go to the big box hardware store and you beg for help, but nobody in the building knows remotely what you need? Then you go to the little hardware shop that has been there for 30 years and you walk in, they offer you a coffee... and calmly explain that you need a dozen 8/32 bolts with a nylon lock washers and make sure to get the right drill bit...............
My point is, I talked to roughly 15 different brokers on the lookout for my first boat... I “thought” I knew exactly what I wanted... Other brokers looked first at my wallet and tried to push a sale of whatever they HAD... Joel did not try to “close the sale” until he believed the boat in question would suit my requirements... and then he easy and
comfortably stepped out of the “boat buying box” to make the sale come together. My circumstances were nearly as difficult as could be: a non-standard offer to the client made from over-seas, on top of that I am an international client: needing remote assistance with the offer, the counter-offers, getting the boat surveyed, settling on contract details, even the payments.............. all done remotely. Lastly trying to get the boat transported 2600 miles. Simply awesome service!!!
Even from my side (as the buyer) I could see that Joel had a very professional way of dealing with BOTH the seller and the buyer. Once the deal was DONE, I expected that I would really be on my own, but JOEL was still there... proactively contacting me to ask if he could be of any assistance in helping me deal with transport, moorage
arrangements, care-taking of the boat until thing could be arranged to move the boat.
Simply put: I cannot thank Joel enough and he was amazing ! When it comes to buying another boat, Joel will be my FIRST CALL and should be yours!
